Represent the people function on the leadership team and help guide and influence the strategic direction of the business, keeping people front and centre.
You will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance reviews and continuous feedback.
You will grow a best-in-class people team capable of developing and empowering teams to love their work and ensure they are motivated to do the best work of their lives.
You will be CIPD qualified
Have at least five years' experience in a HR/People functions in a hand-on high growth environment.
Have experience in building and implementing HR processes at scale and speed, ideally with prior experience through a similar stage of growth.
Demonstrate a proven track record of implementing and leading a performance-based culture and providing training and support to line managers.
Have an analytical mindset, and a talented communicator, as well as approachable and empathetic.
Have experience of working across multiple teams.
Flexibility: 2 days a week
Salary: £50,000 FTE
