Our client is an award-winning boutique creative design agency based in central London (very close to Farringdon mainline station). They work with a small number of consumer brands, from corporate firms through to start-ups.
This is an exciting opportunity to join this small team and help support the agency achieve its goal of delivering a more strategically-led offer, whilst working as first point of contact for a leading global drinks brand.
The role would suit an experienced Account Director (possibly with a background in Planning) who would enjoy playing a major part in helping to redefine, communicate and sell the agency proposition – this will involve developing outline copy content for the website, providing market/competitor insights, identifying new business leads – networking via Linked In.
Crucially this person will have the expertise to pro-actively grow their key account, whilst providing advice/support for smaller clients too.
You will have experience in developing and leading brand activation strategies based on consumer/market insights (either client or agency side), be highly organised and an exceptionally confident communicator with an outgoing personality.
The working environment is friendly and relaxed within an open plan shared working space.
Summary of Role
Day to day liaising with clients via email/phone, taking briefs, creating estimates – managing timings and budgets, briefing designer, raising draft invoices and weekly WIP reports. Working pro-actively to seek new (more strategic) opportunities with existing client, whilst pro-actively seeking new opportunities primarily through online networking, article writing etc (no cold calling required).
Salary: £54K FTE plus bonus
Flexibility: 24-27 hours a week spread over 4 or 5 days
(Ideally Monday-Thursday, 10am – 5pm (with an hour for lunch) for a 24 hours week
plus Friday 10am -1pm if 27 hours a week)
