Our client is an established and growing business in the mobile communications sector who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team at an exciting time in the evolution of the business.

Reporting directly to the Director of Strategy and Solutions, this is a standalone, generalist role and is ideally suited to a commercially minded BtoB marketeer who would relish the opportunity to create and execute a marketing strategy for the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a marketing strategy and plan which is aligned to the growth priorities of the business.
- Working with the Senior Leadership and Sales Teams to understand the commercial objectives and tailor marketing strategy to deliver tangible outcomes.
- Take responsibility for the delivery of campaigns and activities – capturing, analysing and developing recommendations.
- Proactively seeking new channels to market and innovate to engage with the audience in different ways.
- Development of timely, relevant, and engaging content for key audiences.
- Creation of "Go to Market” strategies for new products.
About you:
- You are a commercially minded marketing professional with experience in marketing planning, strategy, programmes and campaigns.
- You have experience of using B2B marketing tools (ideally Hubspot or similar) to develop and manage integrated marketing and sales campaigns.
- You are a true all rounder with the entrepreneurial flair to maximise impact and opportunities working within a tight budget.
- Your excellent communication, writing and facilitation skills enable you to liaise, influence, and build relationships at senior management and team level.
- You have experience of content development and a sound understanding of multi-channel marketing techniques.
- You have the ability to implement both strategic and tatical initiatives, and to manage multiple projects.
Flexibility: Full time, hybrid with 2 days per week, office based.
