Our client is a specialist Marketing Agency with a global presence and an impressive list of blue-chip clients. This is a business that is successful and growing.

They are recruiting a Marketing Manager to take responsibility for the growth of their inbound marketing channels. This is a generalist role with the focus on lead generation through multi-channel campaigns.

Ideally suited to someone with experience in a similar role working within either a brand or an agency, this is a fantastic opportunity to further your career within a dynamic and growing business. You will take responsibility for devising, implementing and tracking the performance of multi-channel campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing materials are in line with brand identity.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strategies and tactics to boost the reputation of the company as a sector leader and generate a consistent flow of qualified leads.
  • Working closely with the Sales team you will ensure that marketing materials and content continue to remain fresh and relevant.
  • Deploying successful online and offline campaigns – owning their implementation from ideal to execution. This includes measuring and reporting on performance in order to gain insight and assess against objectives.
  • Managing and monitoring results from a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels.
  • Handling social media channels and webinar programmes ensuring that they are kept up to date and relevant.
  • Producing valuable and engaging content for the website and blog – with the objective of attracting and converting the various target groups.
  • Preparing and monitoring the marketing budget – allocating funds wisely to achieve ROI.
  • Building strategic relationship and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and clients.
  • Conduct analysis of client behaviour and prospect segmentation – adjusting marketing campaigns accordingly.
  • Line management of the Marketing Executive.

About you:

  • You are a flexible and versatile marketeer with at least two years' experience in a similar role working within a brand or an agency.
  • You have proven experience in identifying target audiences and devising and leading across multi-channel campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • You have knowledge of website analytics tools and experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • You are experienced in content marketing as well as devising and securing speakers for webinars and live events.
  • You have experience of line management and have strong coaching skills.
