Marketing and Branding Executive

Flexibility: 3 days a week

Location: Remote/London

Pay: 50,000 FTE

Our client is an ethical and value driven Management Consultancy providing services around workplace training. They are looking for an accomplished Marketing and Branding professional to join there team. 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Business Development, the position will support the business across the full breadth of digital marketing and brand activity. The successful candidate will play a key role in the management and continued development of anew website and the application of a recently refreshed visual identity across all collateral, in particular client training materials.
General responsibilities
Brand

  • Developing best in class branded collateral, in particular client presentation and pitching materials for the facilitation team   
  • Creating and updating branded documents, inforgraphics and social assets; ensuring consistency and excellence
  • Coordinating updates to our website as required, including development of new content
  • Creation of branded material for online courses and tools, working with the Head of Development
  • Maintenance of templates and documented guidance
  • Using brand management platforms and tools including Figma
  • Management of our image library and associated subscription services

 Digital

  • Coordinating the creation of digital marketing material (newsletter, blogs, events etc)
  • Managing social media accounts including scheduling content and monitoring activity
  • Assisting the Head of Development with management of the online client portal
  • Coordination of digital marketing tools and platforms including Webflow CMS, Memberstack, Pipedrive CRM, Vimeo, Google Analytics and other subscription services, as well as our digital channels Mailchimp, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Utilising digital tools to analyse performance and help improve the marketing offering within the business, including tracking and consolidating analytics across our digital assets
  • Championing our Pipedrive CRM, supporting training and implementation of new processes for marketing activity as required

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Degree educated with CIM
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Highly organised and exceptional attention to detail
  • An eye for design and talent for data visualisation
  • Demonstrable experience in the management and application of visual identity
  • A growth mindset and desire to continually improve ways of working / processes you are responsible for
  • Highly proactive and able to multi-task and work to deadlines
  • Strong experience managing digital marketing processes and platforms, and a knowledge of best practice
  • Excellent communication and writing skills (fluency in English is essential)
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Enthusiastic with a desire and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, in particular PowerPoint
