HR and Recruitment Manager

Flexibility: Full time with scope for remote working once established

Our client is a fast growing SME within the tech sector based in central London.    Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to hire an HR and Recruitment Manager.   This is a newly created role in which you will be responsible for the full range of HR processes and procedures including on boarding, staff handbook, training and retention.

Continued expansion of the organisation means that there will be an initial emphasis on recruitment including liaison with hiring managers and recruitment consultants, managing external job boards along with the promotion of roles on the company website.
You’ll be based in their friendly London office collaborating across teams and functions. The team is self-organising, occasionally remote with a flat-ish management structure. Guidance from the leadership team is provided when needed but they trust everyone to do things well and work independently.
