You will be tasked with everything from recruitment at all levels, developing senior capability, creating a robust appraisal system, develop with the founder a true and representative value culture which is then threaded through all behaviours and business activity.
A true business partnership role, the key to success will be translating the people strategy into all areas of the business which will in turn have a direct impact on increased revenue and robust growth.
Degree educated with 10 years minimum experience in a senior HR role, you will have good analytical skills, be credible with excellent intellectual and communications skills, an influencer and a true leader.
Flexibility: 2 days a week
