This small yet mighty events company are seeking a Head of Delegate Sales to look after the full delegate sales function in relation to promoting their 4 annual summit events.

What your day looks like:

  • Manage the delegate sales across all 4 events
  • Ability to generate new business
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through established accounts, networking and social media
  • Invent creative marketing campaigns across e-shots and social media
  • Manage the delegate sales team – you will have 2 BDE direct reports
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through cross selling
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to post event feedback
  • Meticulous database management
  • Support operations team in lead up to events

  • Efficient with good communication skills
  • Experience in delegate sales (desirable)
  • Experience in selling HR software (desirable)

Flexibility: Office-based but open to flexible hours and remote working

Salary: circa £35,000 – £40,000 DOE + OTE (£10K Y1, £15K Y2)
