Events and Partnership Manager – London

Flexibility: Full time, 3 days office based, 2 days remote

Location: West End London

Pay: £35,000 - £40,000

This start up is a music licensing platform that provides the online influencer community of YouTube and Facebook “creators” with a way to use commercial music legally for the first time.

They are a fast paced, passionate and extremely hard working team in a growing start-up. As a result, they need a team who can out-smart the competition, can plan strategically, understand that marketing needs measurable outcomes and can drive hard results.


  • Production of events and conferences from start to finish.
  • Incorporate data-driven insights into the full event lifecycle.
  • Produce detailed plans for each event from start to finish according to requirements.
  • Own and manage the entire events strategy executing on in house events as well as tradeshows and partnered events.
  • Finding and building mutually beneficial partnerships with other Creator-focused businesses and identifying opportunities for branded partnerships.
  • Working with rest of marketing team to ensure support and smooth delivery of events.
  • Source, negotiate and liaise with external suppliers.
  • Ownership and control of events marketing budget.

  • 4+ years of experience in hands-on events management and/or production.
  • Ability to negotiate the best deals.
  • Experience managing key relationships and negotiations with social media Creators
  • Excellent project management, planning, time management and organisation skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, as some events are held in the evenings, weekends and abroad.


  • Knowledge of industry trends and latest innovations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.
  • A knack for problem-solving.
  • Proactive – working independently towards KPIs
  • Communicative – reporting on the current status of every moving wheel in your diary.
  • Highly ambitious.
