Digital Marketing Manager – B2B SaaS – minimum 3 days a week – remote

Flexibility: 3 days a week minimum will consider full time

Our client is an innovative, fast-growing, fast paced HR-Tech company seeing rapid global adoption of their offering. Their technology helps organisations design inclusive jobs, operationalise flexible working and de-bias their people processes. They partner with global companies to systematically scale an increase in diversity and workforce flexibility.

In line with their continuing growth they are looking for a marketing professional to join the team, 3 days a week minimum but preferably full time, fully remote with occasional planned travel.
Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative digital and integrated lead generation strategies using inbound and outbound strategies to increase lead generation, drive traffic to our website and build brand awareness
  • Effectively develop and manage all lead gen channels including email, marketing automation, content, social, search, 3rd party websites – paid, earned, owned
  • Manage our marketing tech suite of products including HubSpot, to increase sales productivity
  • Maintain our website and landing pages using Webflow
  • Plan and execute campaigns to attract relevant audiences and convert leads
  • Use reporting and dashboards to develop pragmatic performance measurement, generating actionable insight to uncover new marketing/sales/product winning formulas and audience/message fit

 To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a strong understanding of digital and integrated lead generation strategies via inbound and outbound tactics in a SaaS based B2B tech company
  • Have a proven track record in lead generation using search engine marketing (SEM-SEO, Google Ads)
  • Demonstrate hands on experience with marketing operations and marketing technology (in particular HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMS and Webflow)
  • Have experience planning and managing effective campaigns to attract relevant audiences and convert leads
  • Have sharp analytical skills and hands-on experience in reporting, delivering pragmatic performance measurement, generating actionable insights
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Flexibility:  Minimum 3 days a week, preferably full time
