Refer a client & receive £100 gift voucher

Referrals and recommendations are extremely important to us at CJ. Talent. With over 20,000 candidates registered with us, we need to secure more clients and job roles to place more candidates in jobs that offer the flexible working they’re looking for. 

Our incentive scheme will thank anyone who refers an employer (who becomes a fee-paying client*) with a £100 gift voucher and you can choose between Amazon, John Lewis or Wine vouchers.

Terms & Conditions 

  1. The incentive gift is applicable to the referrer for fee paying clients who complete the full recruitment process with CJ. Talent Ltd, culminating in the employment of a CJ. Talent candidate. 
  2. This gift is not applicable for the referral of candidates.
  3.  The £100 voucher becomes payable to the referrer once the referred client pays the placement fee. Please note this will be at the end of the recruitment process which is variable in length depending on the role and client. 
  4. The referred company must not already be discussing the potential role with CJ. Talent. 
  5. The referred company must be new to CJ. Talent not an existing client.
  6. CJ. Talent reserves the right to cancel and/or revoke the referral incentive if we uncover or suspect your referral submission(s) to be fraudulent and/or abusive to the nature of the CJ. Talent Client Referral Programme. 
  7. The CJ. Talent Client Referral Programme may change or be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of CJ. Talent. 
  8. Not open to employees or contractors of CJ. Talent.
