Nicola is an accomplished Innovation and Marketing Professional with 15 years experience nurturing national treasures such as Maltesers, Hula Hoops and KP Nuts. Social media trained with Digital Mums in 2018 and now ready for new challenges. Strongly creative and analytical marketeer with an excellent professional record, built on blue chip marketing graduate training with MARS, Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma and BSc Mathematics from University of Warwick.  

Nicola’s marketing skills and experience are adaptable for a large or small business, either as part of a team or standalone.  Her blue-chip background in addition to her recent digital marketing training mean she has strategic planning & strategic ability together with the desire to deliver hands-on marketing projects. In our opinion Nicola would make a fantastic Head of Marketing, Marketing Director or Manager in a company looking to take their business to the next level.

Brand Management - As Maltesers Brand Manager, took this iconic £100m brand from -14% to +8% growth via creative and analytical use of £7m integrated communication budget across all media including TV, Press, Print and Online.
Marketing Strategist - With the KP nuts brand team, commissioned and executed a significant market research project to explore, create and test various brand positioning and hierarchies, resulting in a new brand positioning, reflected in the latest design work and media.
Social Media Management - Drove real consumer engagement for Kinomi Nuts via creating an effective social media strategy, making full use of all the latest tools (Hootsuite, Canva, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics) to create and curate compelling content, engage with the right audiences and influencers, and measure, iterate and deliver success.
Excellence in execution - Can be counted on to get ideas to market on time and on budget, via meticulous cross functional project management, e.g. Big Hula Hoops (now a multimillion-pound sub-brand).
