Role:  Customer Marketing / Head of CRM / Customer Experience lead / Head of Marketing

Locations: South East (Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex)

Salary: £60k FTE  

Day rate: £300 per day 

Availability: Immediate 


Vicky is a qualified marketing professional with a wealth of experience within both major corporates and small to medium sized businesses. She combines creative thinking with a data-driven analytical approach to drive real results for her clients. Comfortable working across the full range of marketing activities, Vicky has a particular passion for customer-centric marketing. She led the customer marketing strategy for brands including The Body Shop, Porsche, Honda, McLaren F1 and Vertu phones, where she has had experience of:

  • launching and enhancing membership programmes 
  • designing customer communication programmes to deliver incremental sales 
  • improving customer experience and NPS.  

Vicky is also highly qualified. After completing her blue-chip graduate training with Peugeot, she went on to gain postgraduate marketing qualifications from both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing. She also speaks both French and German, having gained a first class honours degree from the University of Exeter. A highly capable team leader, Vicky combines her marketing expertise with strong interpersonal skills enhanced by a postgraduate qualification in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology

Vicky brings exceptional marketing expertise and a breadth of experience in both major corporates and small to medium sized businesses. She is equally comfortable working as part of a team or leading a project.  A values-driven leader, Vicky brings skills in both coaching and training to support the engagement and growth of her teams. Highly skilled in all aspects of marketing she has a particular passion for customer marketing. Vicky would make a fantastic Head of Customer Marketing, Customer Director / Manager, or Head of Marketing in a company looking to drive customer-centricity to take their business to the next level.

Digital & traditional marketing having overseen a range of media including web builds, community creation, social and paid media, email, SMS and apps as well as direct marketing, advertising and events.
Coaching and training with experience working with in-house teams to enhance performance.
Strategic thinking with experience devising customer-centric strategies for both global companies and SMEs.
