A former Business Owner and Sales Director of a successful mid-sized technology specialist organisation with turnover in excess of £10 million and EBITDA of 15%, our amazing star candidate Michelle is a highly driven and self-motivated sales leader who applies a focused and common-sense approach to business goals. Michelle has a wealth of experience, from contracts negotiations, logistics, project management, trouble shooting and customer retention, she also excels at identifying and nurturing talent while creating employee loyalty through highly engaged and driven teams. Deals with multiple projects, managed 85-90% utilisation of consultants.
Michelle’s considerable knowledge and experience have lead her to be highly regarded by former enterprise clients both in the public and private sectors for her integrity, openness and customer focus. She has a tested ability to execute & deliver on strategic goals, establishing a valuable and long-standing client network, with several notable and significant business wins.
With her own business being widely respected in the industry for its customer relationship management and technical competence, Michelle would be a perfect fit for an organization who believes that the “customer is king”. She is passionate about creating real solutions, developing strong customer relationships and driving sales to not only reach, but surpass company goals.
