Role: Head of HR/ HR Business Partner /HR Director

Preferred work pattern: 4/5 days with some flexibility to work from home

Locations: London/Kent/remote

Salary: £90,000 FTE

Profile

A collaborative and personable HR Business Partner with over 15 years HR experience across a range of industries. Able to work strategically and operationally, with strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach. Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships quickly to become a trusted partner and coach to senior leaders. Enjoys translating business objectives into people plans to deliver high performance and engagement across the business. Has successfully delivered a number of big change management projects, reorganisations and restructures. Areas of expertise include organisational design, restructures, change management, performance management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion.

Organisational design - completed advanced organisational design course at Ashridge Hult to complement practical experience. Led a redesign of the business to meet new digital focussed strategy
Skilled at advising and coaching managers to deliver change and have consulted effectively and meaningfully with employees
