Role: Head of HR/HR Director

Preferred work pattern: 2-5 days, hybrid working

Locations: London/Kent/remote

Salary: £85,000 – £90,000 FTE

Employee relations expertise - handled numerous redundancy consultations and complex employee relations cases
Creative problem solver - pragmatic approach, strives to find ways to do things differently and better
Developing new HR functions -Ability to set up and create a robust “blueprint” HR function
Skilled at advising and coaching managers to deliver change and have consulted effectively and meaningfully with employees

Profile & Experience

A collaborative HR professional with over 15 years experience across a range of industries. They have the ability to work strategically and operationally, with strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach.

With excellent communication and influencing skills, they are able to build relationships quickly to become a trusted partner and coach to senior leaders. Enjoys translating business objectives into people plans to deliver high performance and engagement across the business.

They have also successfully delivered a number of big change management projects, reorganisations and restructures. Areas of expertise include organisational design, restructures, change management, performance management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion. Values and culture, wellbeing.
